We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Composite Laminator to join a motorsport consultancy specialising in the high-performance vehicles industry
As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for manufacturing and repairing high-performance composite components for range of industries such as Motorsport and F1.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture composite components using a variety of techniques, including hand lay-up, resin infusion, and autoclave curing
Repair and modify existing composite components to the highest standard
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure components are manufactured to specification
Ensure that work is carried out to a high standard, adhering to all quality and safety standards
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements:
Experience in composite laminating, preferably in the motorsport industry
Strong knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and repair techniques
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other day to day responsibilities will include:
